adjustment of plug position in the open state, in order to regulate
flow. It can also be used as an emergency shut-off on normally open
angle valves.
Allows
manual opening of angle valve in emergency situations.
Sends
a remote signal to control room to indicate position of valve. LED
visual indicator at the angle valve is optional.
